This nominal registration fee is collected strictly to: Prevent fake, duplicate, automated, or fraudulent entries Ensure only genuine and serious applicants participate Support basic application processing and verification costs Payment of the registration fee does not guarantee scholarship approval or selection. Scholarship awards are decided solely on merit, eligibility criteria, and verification of submitted documents. The registration fee once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances, including but not limited to: Rejection of application Submission of incorrect information Failure to meet eligibility criteria Duplicate submissions by the same applicant Applicants are advised to verify all details carefully before making the payment. The Chhatra Kalyan Scholarship Program is administered by Aarhin India Association, which reserves the right to modify the registration fee policy at any time without prior notice.
